Orders

Since all of our products are Made-To-Order please allow seven to nine (7-9) days from the time you place the order to time of shipment preparation.



Domestic Orders

Shipments sent within the United States have a range of USPS and UPS shipping options. Because options vary by location, please use the shipping calculator in the checkout to see what options are available to you. We do not offer Saturday delivery as a shipping option at this time.



Tracking Your Packages

Ship notifications containing tracking information you can use to track your package during transit. Please contact service@icecycle.com if you have any issues finding your tracking information.



Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. Due to the custom natural of our products we only can exchange your product if it is damaged during shipping or has defective parts. Please review out Refund Policy more for details and how to authorize your exchange. 



Use of Original Product Packaging

Please note for all returned items, the original packaging must be used, and photos of the product must be taken prior to shipping. These will ensure that your product arrives in good condition, and protect you if it is damaged during shipping. We will only accept returns shipped with the original interior and exterior packaging. We use professionally designed custom packaging to protect against shipping damage. Any other packaging used nullifies our policies.



Shipping Damage

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt. If your product does not arrive as ordered, please reach out to us within five (5) days of receipt to make sure we can get you the correct item. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at service@icecycle.com within five (5) days of receipt with your order number and photos thoroughly documenting the damage to the item and the packaging.



International Shipping

We currently do not ship or sell our products outside the United States. If you are interested in updates when our products will be available internationally please contact us.



When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged at time of order.



What do I do if my order is missing a part?

Please examine your order for any missing parts or assembly pieces as soon as possible. All sales outside of the fifteen (15) day exchange window are final. Please contact service@icecycle.com immediately if a part is found to be missing and we'll be happy to assist you.



To the Trade

We offer custom orders and extensive customization for interior designers, architects, and other associated trades, and offer a trade discount with proof of business. Please contact us with your inquiry.
